Do you still have a physical location?
No. Our previous location in Cypress, TX is currently owned and operated by another couple and has turned into their second location for Yoga Dragon. Check them out! It's an amazing studio with fabulous teachers!

What is a Loyalty Rewards Program?
All our wholesale essential oil members are invited to join the LRP – it’s a way of making a monthly order that enables you to earn points towards free products. It can be set up and cancelled or changed at any time but the longer you are on the program the higher the percentage point return.
This program is to help YOU get the most from your essential oil membership and will help you SAVE money on your monthly orders. For example, if you were to change out the toxic chemicals in the cleaners you currently use at home for our doTERRA OnGuard cleaning products, you can use your monthly order to replace the chemical products you buy at the supermarket, pay wholesale (not retail), support an ethical company giving back (check out our co-impact sourcing vids), EARN loads of loyalty points to get free product ($588 per $2000 spent), get your shipping paid back in points AND not have to walk down that toxic smelly supermarket aisle ever again!
In other words – make your monthly order be the stuff you already buy, and make your home toxin free while you save money! Soooo easy!

When do your retail products ship?
All retail products with the exception of essential oils ship on the Monday or Wednesday after you place your order. All items are shipped via USPS from Coldspring, TX.
Essential oils and kits will ship directly from doTERRA so you'll be able to set that up yourself and choose the best time of the month to receive your order. If you are placing a one time order (rather than a monthly order), they will typically ship in about 48 hours.

How can I talk to someone about other questions I might have?
The fastest response time will come from an instant message on Facebook but we are also available via the contact page on this site. Inquiries from this page will typically receive a response in 24-48 business hours.
What does "doTERRA Certified" mean?
doTERRA Certified is a seal placed on approved websites. As long as this seal exists on this website, you can feel confident that all information provided is in compliance with the FDA requirements with regard to claims, etc. We are committed to giving you every bit of essential oil training we have while keeping in mind the safety and compliance guidelines set forth by the FDA. If you see the seal, you will know that the doTERRA system will check DAILY to make sure this site is still compliant, the seal and rights to use dōTERRA trademarks may be removed at any time.
