About Shamron

Shamron has had the honor of learning from teachers with varied methodologies and schools of thought, her classes are based on functional movement and a holistic approach that encourages an exploration of the subtle bodies.  With over 5,000 hours of teaching experience over the past 9 years and the enthusiasm to share the practice of yoga in a non intimidating way, her classes are accessible and fun. You will practice sustainable, varied movement, stillness, meditation, breathing and mantra in all of her classes. 

Her personal practice and study of yoga is a way of daily life and has been ongoing for the past two decades.
