Sandra first walked into a yoga class over 20 years ago and was immediately hooked.  A former Social Worker and lifelong nutrition and fitness buff, she has since practiced with teachers from many different schools, and dedicated herself to the study of yoga techniques and principals and their benefits.  After attending a wide array of classes and retreats, she shifted her interest and passion for yoga to teaching in 2015, gaining 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification through the International Association of Yoga Therapists.  This experience led her all the way to India, where she was privileged to study with Kasthub and Menaka Desikachar at the Krishnamacharya Institute (KHYF) in Chennai.
