Lacy is a 200-hour RYT certified yoga instructor teaching vinyasa and hatha styles. She was referred to yoga from a sports medicine practitioner after a series of injuries. She has practiced various yoga styles including vinyasa, hatha, and Baron Baptiste all as part of the healing and strength building process. She trained under the Yoga Institute and has been certified since 2014.
As with all yoga, her teaching style connects the breath with body movement. Teaching primarily heated vinyasa flow, Lacy’s classes focus on building strength, balance, and agility while trying to quiet the mind. And with all yoga, it’s meant to be fun. So, be prepared to sweat; be prepared to be challenged and be prepared to have fun.
